At Bleomin, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Order Processing & Dispatch:
Most of our orders are handed over to our logistics partners within 1 working day of order placement.
For customised printed products, once we receive your written approval of the final artwork, please allow an additional 3 working days for printing before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and shared with you via email or SMS. You can track your order anytime using this tracking number. Alternatively, you can log in to your account on our website and check the order status under the “My Account” section.
To receive tracking updates, please ensure you provide an accurate email address and mobile number at the time of placing your order. While account creation is optional, it makes tracking easier and provides better order visibility.
Delivery Coverage & Timelines:
Bleomin currently delivers to over 6000 PIN codes across India. Delivery timelines depend on your location and typically range between 3 to 9 working days after dispatch.
You can check estimated delivery dates by entering your PIN code on each product page.
Please note, certain factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, festivals, political disruptions, or courier partner delays may affect delivery timelines. In such cases, Bleomin will not be held responsible for delays.
Remote Area Deliveries (ODA):
Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations (classified as ODA – Out of Delivery Area) may take longer and attract additional charges. If your location falls under this category, you will be notified of any applicable surcharges and delivery estimates at the time of checkout.
International Shipping:
Currently, Bleomin does not offer international delivery. However, orders can be placed from anywhere globally, provided the delivery address is within India and payment is made in Indian currency.
Order Delays & Partial Shipments:
In most cases, we dispatch orders within 3 working days. However, for certain products that require special handling or procurement from other warehouses, dispatch may take slightly longer.
In the rare event that we are unable to ship your order within 10 working days, we will cancel the pending items and initiate a refund for the unshipped portion.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will receive separate shipment notifications and tracking details for each package.
Delivery Inspection:
If you notice that your package is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact our Customer Care team immediately at care.bleomin@gmail.com, mentioning your order number. We will arrange for a replacement delivery at the earliest.
Invoice & Compliance:
All orders will be shipped with a valid invoice mentioning product details and prices as per Indian tax regulations.
